Lovely weekend for the family here in Austin Texas! Nice weather. Saturday we had some kolaches for breakfast, standard weekend housecleaning, an outing for birthday presents, and then the girls and I worked on painting one of their little tables. Sunday was a fun day - one of the boys from the girls' class had a birthday party. Best part was we all got to go on a Duck Tour! Since we had a lot of people, they came and picked us all up at the house, then we drove out to the lake and splashed in and out of the water several times. The driver is an Austin Firefighter when he's not driving ducks, and was great with the kids. Let them all have a turn driving the thing when it was in the water. It is NOT a speedboat!
